Region 10 is a partnership among the inland municipalities of Västerbotten and Norrbotten: Malå, Sorsele, Arjeplog, Arvidsjaur, Storuman, Vilhelmina, Lycksele, Åsele, Norsjö, and Dorotea.
When you express your interest via our form at moveupnorth.se, we collect the personal information you choose to provide. This may include, for example, your name, contact information, professional background, and more. This information is used by representatives (relocation advisors) from our municipalities to provide you with support and guidance regarding opportunities in the region—such as employment and housing—that can make your move easier.
When you contact us via the form, you consent to our storing your information and sharing it with the municipalities that are part of Region 10, as well as with relevant partners. This is done to match you with employers or recruitment needs, provide information about housing and the local community, and offer support in preparation for a potential move or settling in.
If you consent, your information may also be shared with employers in the region who may be interested in your skills.
Your personal data is processed based on your consent and in accordance with data protection laws.
Responsibility for Personal Data
Each municipality within Region 10 is the data controller for the processing that takes place within its respective operations. Region 10 is responsible for the processing of information stored in the Move Up North system. You have the right to contact us if you would like information about the personal data we hold about you, to request correction or portability, to request that we restrict processing, to object to the processing, or to request that we delete your data.
